Perforated aluminium sheet can be obtained by punching or stamping aluminum sheets to create a series of holes of given shapes or designs. The method of perforation on metal sheets was invented by ancient laborers who had to punch individual holes into metal sheet by manual work. After long term development, modern perforation methods include mechanical pressing and laser punching etc. Shape of holes are various, too.
