Nano-Grinding for Mirror Finish Aluminum Sheet

Nano-grinding for mirror finish anodized aluminum sheet refers to the nano-scale high-efficiency grinding technology which mainly adopts the high-speed grinding processing method of fixed abrasive. It’s a newly developed process for surface treatment of mirror finish aluminum sheet and sheets of other metals. Fixed abrasive high speed grinding differs from conventional bulk abrasive grinding in that the density distribution of the abrasive is controllable. This feature of fixed abrasive grinding is reasonably used to arrange abrasive density distribution on the abrasive tool according to the relative motion trajectory density distribution among workpiece grinders. In this way the wear of the abrasive tool during the grinding process does not affect the accuracy of the abrasive surface, and the surface accuracy of the workpiece is greatly improved.

Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the force of the sheet to determine its stress state and motion law. The motion law of the sheet can be obtained by taking it as the separation body of the whole grinding system and establishing the differential equation of its force balance. Successful mastering of motion laws of the abrasive tools and the mirror finish aluminum sheet under processing helps you to learn the relative motion between them and the relative motion trajectory density distribution. According to the distribution of the trajectory density of the aluminum sheet, you can design the abrasive density distribution on the grinding tool. In this way the abrasive tool does not lose the original surface precision after the wear, which ensures the surface accuracy of the aluminum mirror sheet.
