Aluminium metal checker plate flooring

The aluminium metal checker plate flooring is made of a series of high grade aluminum alloys. It is embossed with different patterns on one side of the aluminum sheet. The pattern can be diamond, bar, willow, lentils and so on. The surface finish can be hairline, mirror finish, oxidation, etc. Aluminum tread plate resists rust and alkaline, besides, different patterns make the tread plate has high anti-skid feature. The application of aluminium chequer plate flooring is second only to steel plates in metal checker plate flooring. The patterned aluminum plate is not simply for decorative purposes, but to increase its friction. Like the pedals in the car, the speed bumps on the road, etc., the pattern aluminum plate is used. In fact, the most common place to use patterned aluminum panels is on ships. The hardness and anti-corrosion function of the patterned aluminum plate can meet the requirements for the production of the ship floor, and thus it has been promoted. For flooring of common cold storage rooms, 1060 aluminum checker plate is usually adopted; For van tank flooring, 3003 chequer plate is a better choice, but for application conditions requiring stronger hardness and corrosion resistance, 5000 series like 5052 and 5083 is a better choice.
