  1050106010701100 aluminum circle sheet, falling on 1000 series, is between 0.1mm to 10mm thick. It incorporates all grades of the series: 1050, 1060, 1070 and 1100, which can be made into not only circle discs, but also sheets and coil rolls. As one of the most widely used aluminum alloy products, these circle sheets are widely used in electronics, daily chemicals, medicine, cookware, auto parts and other deep drawing or spinning products. Examples include non stick pots, pressure pots, lampshades, water heater shells, stretching tanks etc.

  1050 aluminum circle contains Aluminum al: 99.50 silicon Si: < 0.25 copper Cu: < 0.05 magnesium mg: < 0.05 zinc Zn: < 0.05 manganese Mn: < 0.05 titanium Ti: < 0.03 vanadium V: < 0.05 iron Fe: 0.000 ~ 0.400 note: single ≤ 0.03. It’s stronger than either 1060 or 1070 discs, for it has less aluminium in the content. The chemical composition of 1060 is slightly different from that of 1050: Fe 0.35, Mn 0.03, Mg 0.03, Si 0.25, Zn 0.05, Ti 0.03, Cu 5.0-6.0, Al above 99.6. 1060 aluminum circle is formed by adding a small amount of copper element to pure aluminum. It has excellent forming and processing characteristics, high corrosion resistance, good weldability and conductivity. In many cases 1060 and 1050 can be substitute for each other in application. Both are used in products with low strength requirements, such as chemical instruments, sheet metal processing parts, deep drawing or spinning concave vessels, welding parts, heat exchangers, bell surfaces and plates, nameplates, kitchenware, decorations, reflective devices, etc. 1070 is the softest of all: Cu: 0.04 Mn: 0.03 mg: 0.03 Zn: 0.04 Ti: 0.03 V: 0.05 al: 99.7.
  1100 aluminum circle proves to be the strongest of 1050106010701100 aluminum circle sheet in either strength or corrosion resistance, containing Si + Fe: 0.95, Cu: 0.05-0.20, Zn: 0.10, Mn: 0.05 and al: 99.00. 1100 aluminum circle can not be strengthened by heat treatment; its strength is low, but it has good ductility. After anodizing, the corrosion resistance can be further improved and the beautiful surface can be obtained.
