Features and application scopes of 1000 series aluminium shee

 1000 series aluminium sheets are also known as an industrial pure aluminum group. The representative grades are 1050, 1070, 1060 and 1100. 1060 aluminum plate can replace 1050 plates in application, and 1070 is more frequently made into aluminum circles and aluminium slugs. They have the best performances in elongation, tensile strength, plasticity, and electrical and thermal conductivity among all aluminium series. However, owing to low content of anti-rust metals like magnesium and manganese, their corrosion resistance is weaker than other series. 1xxx aluminum sheet plates were the first group of aluminium series developed in large scales, thus they boast simper and maturer fabrication process. As a result, the prices are lower, too. Weaknesses of the plates include low strength, poor machining ability and big tendency to get deformed. The main states are O, H12, H14, H16, H18, etc.

　　Based on the mechanical and chemical properties above, 1xxx aluminum plates are mainly used in products that must be made into metals but do not require high strength, such as car heat insulation boards, billboards, architectural exterior decoration etc. In detail, 1060 aluminum sheet is used in bus bar, power battery flexible connection, aluminum-plastic plate, aluminum gasket, lighting material, auto parts, etc., 1050 aluminum sheet in lithium battery soft connection, lugs, valves, heat sinks, signs, electronics, printing, curtain walls, stamping parts, oxide materials etc., 1070 aluminum sheet in radiator, charging pile, anti-corrosion insulation, ventilation system parts, electronic products, etc., and 1100 aluminum sheet in heat sinks, bottle caps, printed boards, cookware, building materials, heat exchanger components etc.
