Filtration and Circulation Systems For Aluminium Foil Roll Rolling Oil

The casting of aluminium foil rolls can not be realized without filtration and circulation of the rolling oil. Then what are structures and working principles of the two systems?

The circulation system consists of two branch systems: the cooling system composed of a clean oil tank, a heater, a cooler and a rolling mill, and the filtration system with components of a sump oil tank and a filtration pump (with a board filer and clean oil tank). The filtration system should be started before the rolling process, during which the filtering system must keep working and be checked about working state regularly, otherwise the clarity of rolling oil might decrease and dirty oil may get into the clean oil tank. The clean oil tank should be full any time even if some clean oil might flow into the dirty oil tank. It’s not necessary to stop the filter in case of short ceases of the production line so that the dirty materials will be kept under a reasonable control.
Components and Working of the Board Filter For Aluminium Foil Rolls
The board filter is composed of a main oil supply tank, the filter unit, a paper frame, a paper separator and a filtration pump. The oil supply tank is also known as the mixing tank. There is filtration agent and dirty oil in it. Both of the agent and oil are stirred evenly by a mixing device and then come into the filter which makes clean oil down and solid cake on the paper surface. When the entry pressure at the filter tank mouth comes to a certain value, the filtration stops and the cleaning circulation starts. The solid cake is dried, the filter disc opened and both the paper and cake pulled out to finish a complete circulation process.
