60×60 Aluminum Ceiling Tile Features

Aluminum ceiling tiles have several regular sizes such as 600*600mm, 600*1200mm, 300*300mm、300*600mm, 300*1200mm and so on. The 60×60 aluminum ceiling tile actually refers to the size of 600*600mm, because the measuring unit here is centimeter. It’s usually made of standard aluminum alloy 1100. The surface is usually treated with powder spray methods of various types. Electrostatic spraying has the best effect, providing surface of even flatness and color. In comparison to plastic ceiling tiles, aluminum ceiling tiles are lighter and much more resistant to moisture, noise, fire, color fading and deformation. Plastic ceilings has a short service life. The tile coating shows great resistance to acid, alkaline and salt, maintaining solid and sound after long-term service. The surface becomes clean after a a simple water washing. The tile is made of high-density plastics and high molecular materials, which are made together by heat pressing. Finished tiles go through a two-hour test in boiling water safely. They show excellent temperature adapting ability, having no property change in case of sharp temperature changes. With a weight much lighter than other materials of the same strength, aluminum tiles are an ideal construction material that is heat-proof, shockproof and noise-proof. Their surface is incombustible aluminum sheet and the core is nontoxic PE. Their are such a rich color scope that you can match colors at will to create graceful or energetic decoration styles.
