Production Process
1060 aluminum strip manufacturing and packaging
First step: raw material slitting
Aluminum foil raw material with Slitting equipment made into the width customers needs
Second step: Aluminum foil winding
In order to ensure the quality of aluminum foil, the side treatment is made on the equipment
Third step: Aluminum foil fixed
The detection width and thickness deviation of the aluminum foil are in line with the technical requirements of the customer. A paper sleeve is added to the scrolls and the aluminum strip piles are further fixed with glass fiber tape.
Application
1060 aluminum strip is used for cable, cosmetic cap, aluminum composite pipe, aluminum hose or tube, electrical transformer, shutter, aluminum battery and so on.
