Aluminium diamond tread plate manufacturing process
The aluminium diamond tread plate is obtained by first making aluminium ingots into sheets or rolls which later go through an embossing machine.
The aluminum sheet and rolls are supplied in a hot rolled state, an annealed state, various grades of soft state, and various heat treatment states. There are two methods for producing aluminum sheets and plates: the block method and the belt method. The block method is to cut the hot-rolled slab into several pieces and then cold-roll it through a single sheet to the finished product. The belt rule is to roll the slab to a certain thickness and length, and then roll it while rolling; after the thickness of the finished product, it is transversely cut into a single sheet of aluminum. This method has high production efficiency and good product quality. The production process of aluminum sheet and roll can be divided into hot rolling preparation, hot rolling, cold rolling, heat treatment and finishing. The plates and rolls can be regarded as raw materials for aluminium diamond tread plates. The thickness of the sheet is up to 200mm, which is divided into thin plates, thick plates (5-80mm) and extra-thick plates. The width of the sheet is generally 1 to 2.5 m, the maximum is 5 m, and the length is 2 to 10 m. The thickness of the strip is generally not more than 2 mm, and the width is not more than 600 mm, which is supplied in rolls.
A finished aluminium roll or sheet is extruded by a pair of steel rollers, the diamond pattern is engraved on the steel roller, the center of the two steel rollers is rotated and the steel roller is rotated. The flat aluminum plate is passed between the two steel rollers, and the diamond pattern is imprinted on the aluminum plate. This is only a process for the diamond tread plate. In the production, the processing technology needs to be specified according to the pattern.
