4x8 sheets of colored aluminum

4x8 sheets of colored aluminum belongs to the deep processing product of aluminum and aluminum alloy strip. Because of its good flatness, corrosion resistance, decoration and mechanical properties, it is widely used in building decoration, food packaging, electronics, printing, transportation and other fields. Colored aluminum sheets 4x8 is divided into high-end fluorocarbon color coating and low-end polyester color coating. Its alloys cover 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3004, 3005, 3104, 3105, 5005, 5052 and 5083. From the perspective of application fields, painted aluminum sheets 4x8 has developed well in the fields of architectural decoration, food packaging, electronic appliances, printing, transportation. Our maximum roll coating thickness is 2.5mm, and two new lines can process 400-500 tons of aluminum coil in 24 hours.

Painted aluminum sheets 4x8 can be simply divided as the following.
1. By the surface coating paint, it is divided into polyester (PE) coated aluminum and fluorocarbon (PVDF) coated aluminum, both of which are epoxy roller coated. Of course, there are also cases where one side is coated with fluorocarbon and the other side is coated with polyester, and even cases where both sides are coated with fluorocarbon;
2. By the thickness of the coating, it can be divided into single coating (4-20 microns), double coating (25-28 microns), three coating (35-38 microns);
3. By the pattern on the surface, it is also called wood grain aluminum roll and stone grain aluminum roll;
4. After embossing, aluminum roll is also embossed, including stucco, diamond and map. The width and thickness of our colored aluminum sheets 4x8 can reach 1300mm and 1.2mm respectively;
5. The sheet is commonly used as roof material (aluminum magnesium manganese roof system), ceiling material (to make aluminum alloy ceiling), home appliance board (used for interior and exterior decoration of home appliances, meeting ROHS standard of European Union), food material (food grade chrome and roller coating, meeting FDA standard of the United States), brushed aluminum sheets 4x8 (the surface is brushed), etc.
