It is usually used for parts that require good formability, high corrosion resistance and do not require high strength. 1100 is stronger than 1050 in hardness, and it can be hot rolled. Hot rolled 1100 aluminum sheets are applied in deep drawing materials, bottle caps, wide building curtain walls, bus interior decoration, bus door/engine panels, decorative decoration, aluminum bus bars, transformer aluminum, heat sinks, etc.
